Our Vermentino tastes like sea air. We are a hundred miles from the ocean. Blame the granite. 

On September 6 the wine finally gets what it has been after. Nine oysters, three varieties, one guided flight, one glass. The 3rd Annual Shell-A-Bration returns to the Trellis at The Casino Mine Ranch Winery on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Three seatings. Fifty seats each. Both of the last two years sold out.
