Donors must be 16 years old and there is no upper age limit. 16-year-olds must have a signed Vitalant parent consent form which are available at the blood drive or at Donor Forms (vitalant.org) Donors must weigh at least 110 pounds and be free of cold or flu symptoms for five days.
