Prepare your taste buds for an experience as we showcase the rich and diverse flavors of paella. Here's a sneak peek of what you can expect at our second annual Paella Dinner! What to Expect: Paella: Indulge in the flavors of Spain, all expertly prepared to perfection. This year, we will be featuring Maria's Paella. See the menu below! Tapas Love Birds Manchego cheese and Quince paste. Tortilla Española Cold Potato omelet served with shaved tomato garlic sauce. Salad Mediterranean Salad Mixed greens Salad tossed with our signature house vinaigrette topped with fresh tomatoes, red onions and kalamata olives. Paella Paella de Mariscos Prawns, mussels, sweet bell peppers, sofrito, sweet peas, saffron rice, lemon and fresh chopped parsley. Paella de Carne Chicken and chorizo paella. Sweet red bell pepper, sweet peas, sofrito, saffron rice, lemon and fresh chopped parsley. Paella Campirana - Vegan Sweet red bell peppers, sweet peas, sofrito, seasonal veggies, saffron rice, lemon and fresh chopped parsley. Live Music: Spanish and Flamenco guitarist Ahmed Drief will be bringing us the lively tunes of Spain. Grab a partner and sway to the rhythm, or sit back and enjoy the ambiance. Wine: Your ticket comes with a welcome glass of sangria. We will have wine bottles for sale as well.
