Roaring Camp Mining Co.

Roaring Camp is something special in the way of family recreation. It is an old gold-mining camp on the Mokelumne River. There are cabins, tent camping sites, modern bathhouses, the Wildlife Museum, and a Trading Post which sells groceries, prospecting equipment, souvenirs, etc. There is also a restaurant where lunch and dinner are served. There are miles of river to explore for mining and prospecting, panning, sluicing, fishing, hiking, and swimming. The entire family will have something to do!
